In the String Translation table, you’ll see the string displayed in both the woocommerce and WordPress domains. Select the string belonging to the WordPress domain. There are many plugins, such as Toolset Types, that allow you to add custom taxonomies to your site, and some plugins and themes automatically add custom taxonomies to Products.

WooCommerce Multilingual allows you to translate any custom taxonomies associated with WooCommerce Products just like any of your standard taxonomies.
